Layout for MGK's Homepage

Another 1st time...my first time designing a lecturer homepage. This time it's a website that uses private hosting. 'N since the owner is kinda new to something like this, then he asked me to manage it 'n to give him tutorial as well. Haha, it's new for me also...but it's worth trying.
